About Composure

Built by people who understand
what MSPs are up against

Composure exists because the communication gap in managed services is real, it's costly, and the existing tools don't address it.

The problem wasn't technical. It was the gap between what MSPs could do and what clients experienced.

If you've worked in managed services, you know the scenario. A major incident hits. Engineers are excellent — they're working fast, communicating internally, driving towards resolution. But no one is talking to the client.

The client is sitting there watching their systems fail, getting no updates, and calling their Account Manager — who doesn't know what's happening either. By the time the incident is resolved, the technical problem is fixed but the relationship is damaged. The renewal conversation that was straightforward six weeks ago is now difficult.

This isn't a technology gap. MSPs have excellent tools for detecting, routing, and resolving incidents. It's a communication gap — and it's one that existing tools were never designed to fill.

Composure was built to fill exactly that gap. Not to replace anything in the MSP stack. Not to add complexity. But to handle the one thing that falls through the cracks every time: telling clients what's happening, in the right way, at the right time, to the right people — without anyone having to manually write it under pressure.

"The outage is survivable. The silence is not. Composure exists to make sure MSPs never have to choose between fixing the problem and communicating with the client — because Composure handles the communication so the team can focus on the fix."

Built from real MSP experience

Composure wasn't designed by people who study MSPs from the outside. It was built by people who have lived the communication challenge from the inside — who know exactly what it feels like when a client calls during a P1 and no one is prepared for that call.

Complementary, not competitive

We built Composure to work with your existing stack, not to replace it. ConnectWise, Autotask, PagerDuty, Halo — Composure integrates with the tools MSPs already rely on. We fill the gap they leave.

AI that earns trust

The AI in Composure drafts communications — it doesn't send them. Every message is reviewed and approved by a human before it reaches a client. We built it this way deliberately, because trust in communications is earned, not automated.

What we believe

The principles behind every decision we make

Communication is part of service delivery

A service that's technically excellent but communicated poorly is a service that feels poor. Communication is not a nice-to-have — it's a core part of what MSPs deliver.

Humans stay in control

AI should assist, not replace human judgement. In a space as sensitive as client communication during service events, the final decision must always be human.

MSPs deserve purpose-built tools

The MSP market has been underserved by generic enterprise software for too long. Composure is built for the specific model, client relationships, and operational realities of managed service providers.

Pricing should remove barriers, not create them

We deliberately price Composure to be accessible to MSPs of all sizes. Protecting client trust shouldn't require a six-figure software budget.

Simplicity under pressure

When a P1 hits, no one has time to navigate a complex interface. Composure is designed to be fast, clear, and low-friction precisely when the stakes are highest.

Speed matters — especially at 2am

Client trust erodes fastest in the first 30 minutes of silence. Composure is built to cut that time from hours to minutes — on any device, at any hour.
